It Won't Let Me Login 

Problem:

Your training is scheduled to start but when you login using your username and password, it won't let you login.

 

Solution:

Please refer to the start date you may have received in your welcome e-mail. This is e-mail is normally sent a few days before the start of your course [remember to check in your junk mail folder in case it went there by accident]. The platform won't let you log in until the of start of your course (7:30 am pst). Please try logging in again after your course start date.
 
If you're sure your course is in session and you are using the email address you used at registration, then perhaps you need to reset your password. Click here for instructions on how to reset your password.
