I Can't See The Video Player
On a task that has a video, I don't even see a play button anywhere. There is no video player that comes up!
This probably means that you don't have the "Adobe Flash Player" installed on your system. On the login page we automatically check to see if you have flash installed and if you have all of the requirements, you should see two checkmarks off to the left of the login screen.
Step 1: Go to the login screen (click here).
Step 2: Verify that you have the checkmark indicating that you have the flash plugin installed.
If you don't see the checkmark, please contact technical support at your organization or ask somebody who can help you install adobe flash. You can install flash for free by visiting the Adobe website.
